The only Double-decker Bus of BMW MINI in Hangzhou

Yesterday afternoon 18th August, in front of Sofitel Westlake Hotel parks a super huge BMW which is the only Double-decker Bus of BMW MINI. The driver is from Germany who has a chinese driver license. It is said the bus was an ordinary british double-decker bus produced in 60s of last century now it is 47 years old and it was redesigned in 2006 into a BMW. It will stay in Hangzhou for 3 days from 19th-21st August for “MINI Collection UrbanStyle Tour” and head for Shanghai afterwards.

Maglev finally given approval

THE construction of the high-speed magnetic-levitation train linking Shanghai and Hangzhou has finally been given the go-ahead after more than a year of hold-ups.

While it was originally hoped that the line would be completed in time for Shanghai World Expo in 2010, that is now the year that construction is scheduled to begin.

Good places to escape from the summer heat in Hangzhou

Lingshan Cave 灵山洞

Lingshan Scenic Area is situated in Zhoupu town where the air is fresh and the ecological environment is good, like a natural oxygen bar. And the lingshan Cave has a history of about 1500 years.
